Self-improvement in Tsunami style
The second important Tsunami feature (besides directing for maximum efficiency in real the fight) is treatment of art of fighting not as aim but as the mean designed for self-improvement.
One’s self-improvement in Tsunami (aim in tsunami) relies on applying two kinds of endeavors:

gradual improving and ever lasting in the full state of psychical and physical good condition,
-
protecting oneself life and health according to practicing the Tsunami combat art, in case of eventual assault.
This continuous improvement - propagated by Tsunami system - should take a course in two aspects:

psychical (mental),
-
physical.
Improvement in these two aspects has to be continuous and systematic, and also proportional, which means: simultaneous and equal.
In this connection both kinds of practice: psychical and physical should be used simultaneously and in equal proportions. Only then they can bring expected profits.
In Tsunami system simultaneously and evenly - beside of adult persons - strive for perfection
also children. In represented photographs is visible two aspects of self-improvement: psychical -
at the top, and physical – from below. At the top: children during meditation exercises -
